Job Description:
1-3 years of experience
Graduate with excellent communication & soft skills
Troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software problems with desktop and laptop computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), printers, digital scanners, and other network equipment
Installation of updates / patches / bug fixes of business applications.
Assists in all functions of IT support
Support on all desktop software (Office automation products)
Experienced and proficient in using the PC's, MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Co-ordinate with various Groups to have escalated problem resolved on follow up.
Salary (Per Year) 50000 - 1 Lakh
