1. Experience of 2 to 8 Yrs
2. Advanced experience working with Action Script, Java, C#
3. Advanced experience with client side technologies including HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java script/AJAX and cross-browser platform issues
4. Intermediate to advanced experience working with XML
5. Possesses knowledge of OOP principals and ensures they are consistently and appropriately applied.
6. Familiarity with basic server/network administrations, technical support tasks and web hosting.
7. Familiarity with other technologies: Java, ASP.NET, MSSQL, JavaScript.
8. Knowledge of LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, My SQL, PHP)
